This intimate Italian wedding at Villa Cariola was truly something very special. The bride and groom had already fallen in love with this beautiful Villa Cariola years ago during their vacation in Italy. Located directly on Lake Garda, this place has a very special flair. The weather didn’t play along quite so well, dark clouds kept passing us by but most of the time it stayed dry. Getting ready in the villa rooms was already characterized by joyful excitement. The girls listened to music and drank a glass of champagne to calm their nerves. The groom and his boys treated themselves to their first beer before heading to the free wedding ceremony with a gorgeous flower arch and a huge staircase, where the father of the bride and the bride had their big moment. After the tearful yes-word was spoken, there was a lot of laughing, eating and drinking. In the early evening, the bride, groom and I went to the vineyards for some beautiful bridal couple pictures and strolled around the grounds of Villa Cariola. The evening was crowned with champagne towers, sparklers and a roaring party. So intimate, so special, so unique. I’m glad I was able to be part of your small party on your very special wedding day.
